REGOLAMENTO - REGULATION
DECLARES UNDER YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY
• to exempt TBKART srl, IRK PROMOTION ssdrl, the Race Officials, the owner of the track, all the people involved in the organization and anyone else, in any capacity, who collaborates in the organization and promotion of the race, from any and all liability and/or damage that may arise from his participation in the race itself, as well as his drivers, employees or assets;
• to undertake, during the competition, to use protective safety clothing and a helmet approved according to current regulations and to comply with the sporting rules and specific regulations of the event, exempting TBKART srl, IRK PROMOTION ssdrl, the Officials of Race, the owner of the track, all the people involved in the organization and anyone else, in any capacity, who collaborates in the organization and promotion of the race, from any and all liability and/or damage that may arise from his participation in the race itself.
• be attentive to your own safety and that of others
• that you have read and comply with the current regulations of the host facility (racing track, track, go-kart track, mini-track, etc.) available on the official site of the facility and at the Race Direction and the regulations relating to safety in the workplace
• to sign this form as a sign of acceptance of the data processing methods, specifically and expressly to the processing of the same pursuant to European Regulation n°679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/03 and subsequent amendments. and expressly consents to the communication and dissemination of his personal data pursuant to the same Law;
•to unconditionally approve, pursuant to articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, the Aci Karting Sporting and Technical Regulations, the IRK PROMOTION Sporting Regulations and the Special Competition Regulations.
Finally, the undersigned declares:
that compensation for any damage caused directly or indirectly:
1)to the structures, karts and equipment
2) to the other drivers and their respective vehicles
3) to third parties, whether they are spectators or members of the organization.
will be at its sole and exclusive expense, relieving the companies TBKART srl, IRK PROMOTION ssdrl from any liability regarding the occurrence and occurrence of the provisions of the preceding numbers, as well as holding the same companies harmless from any request for compensation for damages that the same should be addressed by third parties for the reasons set out above;
•to grant without remuneration TBKART srl authorization to use photographs, films and other material relating to my participation in the event for informational, promotional or editorial purposes.
Processing of personal data: I hereby authorize pursuant to art. 23 d. Legislative Decree 196/2003 the processing and communication of my personal data within the limits and for the purposes connected to the organization of the race as well as for promotional, informational purposes or for the sending of editorial material connected to it. Pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of the art. 1341 of the Civil Code, the undersigned declares to expressly approve the following points: 5. and 6. (disclaimer of liability)
